Rosemary & Garlic French Trimmed Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients

6        Lamb Cutlets
5%        RAPS Magic Marinade Rosemary
5%        RAPS Magic Marinade Kiev
6         Slices Streaky Bacon
6         Cherry Tomatoes

Method

French trim the lamb.  Mix RAPS Magic Marinade Rosemary and RAPS Magic Marinade Kiev 50/50 and coat edges.  Wrap with streaky bacon. Place cherry tomatoes on bone.
